Assistant Superintendent

Central York School District approved Dr. Kevin C. Youcheff as the Assistant Superintendent of Schools on January 24, 2022.

With his passion for curriculum, Dr. Youcheff is excited for the opportunity to lead in the areas of curriculum, instruction, and assessment. It is within those areas that he will work alongside our teaching staff to build the academic skill sets of learners and prepare them for their futures.

Dr. Youcheff has worked in public education for 21 years, previously serving as the Principal at North Hills Elementary, Assistant Principal at North Hills Elementary, Dean of Students at Central York High School, and a First Grade Teacher at Roundtown Elementary within the Central York School District.

He began his teaching career at Clearview Elementary School in Hanover, Pennsylvania as a third grade long-term substitute before beginning his tenure at Central York School District.

Dr. Youcheff is currently pursuing his doctorate in Educational Leadership from Shippensburg University. He earned his Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the Pennsylvania State University and his bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from York College of Pennsylvania.

In his spare time, Dr. Youcheff enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and his two dogs. He also enjoys reading for pleasure and playing the guitar.
